My Life and Action Movies

Action movies are some of those highly influential aspects on a person’s life. Especially my life. While I love horror much more than action, action movies have a close spot in my heart. My father and I would bond through watching action movies like Die Hard and Lethal Weapon. It was always one of our favorite activities.

There’s playing catch, helping Dad with the car, and watching action movies. It definitely helped with my crazy imagination as a kid pretending to be in an action movie and playing the hero. Action movies also taught me several things like persistence, never let people bring you down, and working hard for what you want. Seriously.

Not much of a blog, but a love letter on how action movies had a positive aspect in my life.

My name is Omar and I love action movies. I grew up loving action films thanks in part to my father who would deliver a healthy dose of Stallone, Schwarzenegger, Willis, and Seagal in my movie diet. Ever since then, I continue to love the genre more and more and go along perfectly with my love for the horror genre. What other movie genre can specialize in giving you pure adrenaline and excitement in every turn?
