Brian Tyler to Score Iron Man 3

Dammit! Just when I thought I wasn’t going to pay to see another superhero film, this has just sealed the deal. My favourite composer is to score the upcoming Shane Black directed sequel. Tyler has composed the scores to The Expendables series, Rambo 2008, Hawaii Five-0, Alien vs. Predator: Requiem, Battle: Los Angeles and the Fast & the Furious Series to name a few.

Robert Downey Jr. returns as Tony Stark/Iron Man, along with Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle and Paul Bettany who are reprising their characters from the previous film. Ben Kingsley stars as the film’s villain The Mandarin and Rebecca Hall, Guy Pearce, James Badge Dale and Ashley Hamilton are also starring.

So… I guess I will be there on opening weekend… curses.
