Mark Wahlberg Has Signed on for Transformers 4

Well, there have been a lot of rumours on the interwebs about Mark Wahlberg signing on for Transformers 4 and tonight it’s official.

Director Michael Bay who has recently worked with Wahlberg on Pain & Gain said: “Mark is awesome. We had a blast working on “Pain and Gain” and I’m so fired up to be back working with him. An actor of his caliber is the perfect guy to re-invigorate the franchise and carry on the Transformers’ legacy.”

I personally think this is a great choice; Wahlberg has been needing a big franchise and these sounds like a perfect fit. He’s great in the action genre and this already guarantees my ticket bought.
