When Clubbing Goes Bad

You know how it is, you’re sitting in on a Saturday night and decide “I wanna dance!” So you put on yer dancing shoes and head out to your local Tech Noir for some disco greatness. Alas, things do not go as planned and you end up getting executed by a Terminator from the future. Don’t you just hate it when that happens?

But Tech Noir isn’t the only movie club where things go pear shaped. Think of all those poor dance fans in Collateral who get in the way of Vincent (Tom Cruise). When I wanted to “get down” tonight I just wanted to dance, not lie on the floor and never get back up.

You can’t even order a drink in the Mos Eisley Cantina (Star Wars) without having to cut off Ponda Baba’s arm because he doesn’t like you.  All I wanted was some blue milk, now I’ve got the death sentence on 12 systems.

The Titty Twister (From Dusk Till Dawn) you say? I like the sound of that, sign me up! Oh Salma Hayek is dancing with a large snake, this is kinda hot… dude… wait…. are those fangs? Oh great, it’s a club for vampires. Is there nowhere I can go to get my groove on and not end up 6 feet under?

Club Hell? (Bad Boys) That’s a harmless sounding name, I’m sure everything will go smoothly there.

Alright fine, never mind the dancing, I’m just gonna go to the Double Deuce (Road House) and have a few beers, nothing can go wrong there… oh crap.
