Where’s Jeff Goldblum?

You remember him, don’t you? He was THE Blockbuster guy of the 90s with star turns in Jurassic Park and Independence Day, but recently… nothing. Well not nothing, he’s done a few TV shows and the odd unheard of movie, but why so obscure?

I mean, I was a huge fan of his in the 90s and Independence Day remains one of my favourite movies. He was the best thing about The Lost World, the bloated sequel to Jurassic Park and he always brings an easygoing charm to all of his roles.

Although he always had a rather mannered delivery, he was always likable and was fantastic in David Cronenberg’s The Fly. I think it’s time for either Jurassic Park 4 or Independence Day 2 to remind the world how awesome he is.

*PS Do you like my deliberately crap profile picture? Awesome!
