Jackie Chan, Mickey Rourke and Wesley Snipes enlist for The Expendables 3

While we’re wondering if the Expendables 3 might see Antonio Banderas or Christopher Lambert sign on the the latest installment of the action mega franchise, we now have confirmation that three other rumored additions will be a part of the film.

As he’d done previously, Sylvester Stallone revealed the three additions by ways of his Twitter account, confirming that Jackie Chan and Wesley Snipes have signed on, and that Mickey Rourke will be returning to the roster. As if that wasn’t enough, Stallone also promised a film that, in his words, ‘We believe we can do better than the RAID, which was an excellent film’.

So in one day, we’ve got our three newest Expendables and a promise of an action film that will be better then The Raid – as if I needed even more reasons to count of the days before the Expendables 3 hits theaters. Can’t wait to see what comes next!
