Short Film: Ruthless (John Woo Style Short Film)

The guys over at LBP Stunts Chicago put this short film together back in 2007 and I just found it this morning. It’s pretty damn awesome and definitely feels like a classic Woo film.

SYNOPSIS: Years after the destruction of his Chinese gun smuggling ring, a young ambitious Triad named Lee is opening a new underground operation in a nondescript warehouse in a forgotten corner of the United States. But before he can set his dealings with his new American backers in stone, he discovers that more than just bad memories and a criminal record followed him across the sea.

DIRECTOR: Rich Wolgemuth
STARRING: Shawn Bernal, Norman Yap, Jon Lee Brody, William Cummings III, Jessie Bayani
