Sharlto Copley Will Go “Hardcore”

Y’all remember that sweet music video that we showed over at our Facebook page earlier this year. You don’t?!!! Here’s a refresher:

Pretty sweet, isn’t it? Well it seems like this music video has now turned into the inspiration to finally bring us the first all POV action movie. The movie will be titled Hardcore and it will be directed by the same director who made the music video, Ilya Bekmambetov and starring Sharlto Copley as the lead. It has begun shooting and it is slated to have a release date of 2014.

I’m extremely excited to see this play out. That music video has to be one of the most impressive action debuts ever and the thought of an entirely POV action movie is just what the genre needs. You know how you want to be in an action movie? This movie can actually put you into the driving seat as bullets and fists are flying everywhere.

About the Author

My name is Omar and I love action movies. I grew up loving action films thanks in part to my father who would deliver a healthy dose of Stallone, Schwarzenegger, Willis, and Seagal in my movie diet. Ever since then, I continue to love the genre more and more and go along perfectly with my love for the horror genre. What other movie genre can specialize in giving you pure adrenaline and excitement in every turn?
