Xing Yi Quan Short Film (Chinese Kung Fu vs. 5 Attackers)

A short film by Martial Arts Instructor Sifu Keith Min showcasing the Chinese Internal Kung Fu style, “Xing Yi Quan”.

Xing Yi Quan is an extremely powerful, direct, and practical fighting style. The direct fighting philosophy of Xing Yi advocates simultaneous attack and defense, where efficiency and economy of movement are crucial to dominating an opponent.

Keith Min is a member of the Chicago-based LBP Stunts Chicago Action Team (, who most recently participated as core members of the stunt team for the upcoming action-adventure film DIVERGENT.
