Behind the Scenes of ‘Cliffhanger’

Cliffhanger has always been one of my very favourite Stallone movies; you’ve got John Lithgow playing one of the most despicable bad guys of all time, Sly kicking ass and Michael Rooker on top form as a reluctant hero. It had some stunning action set-pieces and a great music score too.

While scouring the internet today, I found this 20 minute behind the scenes look at the film with interviews with the cast and crew.

I love Sly’s opening speech about shooting the film on a nice sunny beach; it’s very him and even now I remember the excitement surrounding the film as it was his big “comeback” movie after a few years of box office duds.

Anyway, nobody cares what I think so enjoy this rather cool look at Cliffhanger… well go on, enjoy it!

Cobra is one of my very favourite Sylvester Stallone films; although it comes across as an 80’s version of Dirty Harry, it’s actually more like a slasher/horror movie. While scouring the net (mostly IMDB), I thought it woul...
