Bond 24 Script To Get Last-Minute Rewrite From Veteran 007 Writers

The script for Bond 24 is to be rewritten by long-time franchise scribes Neal Purvisa and Robert Wade.
Purvis and Wade, who co-wrote every Bond screenplay since 1999’s The World is Not Enough, had their Skyfall screenplay rewritten by John Logan.

The Daily Mail reports that “polite turmoil” behind the scenes of Sam Mendes’ follow-up to Skyfall has resulted in the script being reworked, and filming delayed until December.

Ralph Fiennes, whose Gareth Mallory will succeed Judi Dench’s M in the next film, previously stated that filming would begin in October.

Mendes has promised that Bond 24 will be the second part of Skyfall‘s story.
