Kill Count: The Punisher Movies

Personally I’ve found something to enjoy in all three live action Punisher movies; none of them are perfect but there is enough violence in them to make them hugely entertaining.

Rather than doing a Kill Count for one of the movies, we’ll do all three and see which is highest.

The first movie starred Dolph Lundgren which most people aren’t huge fans of but I enjoyed the hell out of it and it has some quality violence in it too.

Dolph’s Punisher kills a whopping 76 bad guys in the movie which is pretty damn impressive.

The Thomas Jane Punisher is widely regarded as a fan favourite but in actual fact his Kill Count is kinda puny; he only kills 22 goons which is paltry compared to Dolph’s killing machine.

Finally we have Ray Stevenson’s Punisher which was essentially a cartoon with rather annoying villains. It did have some hilariously over the top kills though.

His Kill Count? Approximately 87 (This video says 100 but includes other people’s kills, which doesn’t count). He actually kills so many people that’s it’s difficult to keep an exact number.

I have to admit I was expecting Dolph’s Punisher to reign supreme but Stevenson took out a lotta trash.

So the winner is Punisher: War Zone with Ray Stevenson.
