Final Fight from The Man from Nowhere (2010)

Whatever happened to Bin Won? He really gave a career making performance in this movie and then… nothing.

I haven’t seen him in anything since which is a shame as The Man from Nowhere has rapidly become one of my favourite movies.

It’s beautifully shot, has bone-crunching violence but also has a moving story with characters you care about.

This scene has more emotional resonance once you’ve seen what comes before it, but it’s such a great scene that I urge you to pick the movie up on Blu Ray or DVD,

 

In this scene Cha Tae-sik (Bin Won) arrives after searching for his friend, the young girl Jeong So-mi; he comes face to face with all of the main villains of the tale… and things don’t go well for them.
