Ninja Apocalypse is coming! Releases nationwide on Blu-ray, DVD & VOD August 5

Big Boss Wuz Here! announces that its début movie, the post-apocalyptic, martial arts feature film NINJA APOCALYPSE, will release on Blu-ray, DVD and VOD nationwide on August 5. Naedomi Media is distributing the film domestically, and Automatic Entertainment is handling foreign sales.

Framed for assassinating Grandmaster Fumitaka (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, 47 Ronin, Tekken, Mortal Kombat), Cage (Christian Oliver, The Three Musketeers, Valkyrie, Speed Racer), his brother Serge (Les Brandt, Smoke, The Resolve, Days Of Our Lives) and the rest of the Lost Ninja Clan must battle their way through an underground nuclear bunker filled with hordes of supernatural enemies, mutants, and flesh eating zombies, pursued by Hiroshi’s (Ernie Reyes Jr., Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II, The Rundown, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal) unstoppable Ninja army with orders to hunt them down.

Trapped a thousand feet below the earth’s crust, the Lost Clan will face hell. The bloody, action-packed fantasy, martial arts, action film delivers a non-stop heart pounding, adrenaline-injected thrill ride.

NINJA APOCALYPSE previewed at COMIC-CON® INTERNATIONAL: SAN DIEGO 2014 on THURSDAY JULY 24, drawing a large, enthusiastic crowd to the primary screening room in the Marriott Hotel. Members of the cast and the film’s Producers appeared in person to introduce it.

“NINJA APOCALYPSE blends fantasy with hardcore martial arts, delivering an over-the-top, visceral, action adventure, set against a futuristic backdrop. We wanted to utilize amazing visual effects, incredible fight choreography, and a tense action filled narrative to give our audience what they want: A non-stop, edge of your seat, and utterly entertaining movie experience,” said Shawn Austin, Producer, Big Boss Wuz Here. “The entire cast and crew has worked hard to make sure NINJA APOCALYPSE delivers everything fans expect from the genre: exciting action, big special effects set-pieces, along with interesting characters, and an original post-apocalyptic world,” said Lloyd Lee Barnett, Director.
