Classic Trailer: The Last Boy Scout (1991)

For me, this is Bruce Willis’ second best movie after Die Hard; it has a crackling script from Shane Black, awesome direction from the late, great Tony Scott and Bruce Willis is cooler than ever.

There are so many quotable lines; it requires multiple views to truly appreciate its awesomeness. In fact screw it, I’m going to watch it right now.

Plot: When the girl that detective Joe Hallenback is protecting gets murdered, the boyfriend of the murdered girl (ex-football player Jimmy Dix) attempts to investigate and solve the case. What they discover is that there is deep seated corruption going on between a crooked politician and the owner of a pro football team.

Starring Bruce Willis, Damon Wayans, Chelsea Field, Noble Willingham, Taylor Negron, Halle Berry, Bruce McGill, Danielle Harris, and Billy Blanks. Written by Shane Black. Directed by Tony Scott.

Death Wish 2: Do You Believe in Jesus?

Death Wish 2 is easily the most brutal in the series and that rape scene was always horrific to watch; I’ll be honest and say I usually fast forward that part. This scene however, has some dark humour as Paul Kersey (Char...
