Honest Trailer for Godzilla (2014)

I saw Godzilla when I was feeling pretty under the weather earlier this year so maybe I need to give it a reappraisal, but I wasn’t exactly blown away by it and this honest trailer hits the nail on the head.

For a movie called “Godzilla” you’d expect him to y’know… be in it more; I know in the original movies he only really shows up for the finale but in this version he barely even does anything in that.

The camera would frustratingly pull away after spending so much time building up to the action because after all, I’d much rather watch bland characters running around unnecessarily instead of watching Godzilla bring a beatdown to some evil monsters.

Anyway, enough whining from me; check out the Honest Trailer from Screen Junkies.

I grew up watching JCVD, Sly and Arnold destroy bad guys, blow things up and spew one-liners like it's a fashion statement. Action is everything I go to the movies for and the reason I came up with this site is to share my love for the genre with everyone. We also want to help promote new talent whether you're making blockbusters, low-budget Indie movies or fan films; if it's action, it's awesome.
