Classic Action Scene: Bar Shoot-out from Last Man Standing

Remember when Bruce Willis was one of the coolest action stars in the business? Well, for me this was his absolute prime.

Last Man Standing doesn’t get talked about too much but it’s my third favourite film of his after Die Hard and The Last Boy Scout.

The supporting cast includes Christopher Walken, Bruce Dern and Patrick Kilpatrick and it’s directed by the legendary Walter Hill.

In this climactic scene, John Smith (Willis) comes back to town to finish off the gang and he doesn’t spare a single bullet.

I grew up watching JCVD, Sly and Arnold destroy bad guys, blow things up and spew one-liners like it's a fashion statement. Action is everything I go to the movies for and the reason I came up with this site is to share my love for the genre with everyone.
