Only 30 Days To Get Your Hands On Cynthia Rothrock’s Bitchfight!

Hot on the heels of the recent press release for Cynthia Rothrock’s forthcoming grindhouse style exploitation epic, Bitchfight, comes the massive announcement that the production has just launched a very special 30 day Kickstarter campaign where you can pre-order an exclusive uncut, unrated, version of the film not available to the general public!

That’s right you only have 30 days to get your hands on the BITCHFIGHT – ULTIMATE GRINDHOUSE EDITION featuring approx 25 minutes of additional footage that will never be on sale anywhere else, in stores or online!

Starring the legendary ‘Lady Dragon’ Cynthia Rothrock opposite her ‘No Retreat, No Surrender 2’ co-star Max Thayer, Debbi James, (daughter of the late, great action movie hero, Steve James,) awesome international wrestling champ, ‘Alpha Female’, and a whole host of battling babes, ‘Bitchfight’ promises to deliver ‘old-school exploitation for a new grindhouse generation.’

“This is the darkest, most bad-ass character Cynthia Rothrock has ever played,” said writer/director Dean Meadows, “fans have never seen anything like this, they are going to be very surprised!”

“I love the script,” said ‘Bitchfight’ co-star Max Thayer, “Dean is taking a Tarantino styled approach to this project and if he can realize his vision, he might just have an action classic on his hands!”

Whilst the director’s approach may be ‘Tarantino-esque’, Meadows is quick to point out exactly where he found his inspiration for ‘Bitchfight’.

“There is an obvious connection to exploitation films such as, ‘The Big Doll House’ and ‘Women In Cages’ amongst others, but ‘Bitchfight’ is also heavily influenced by the early Cannon movies, Sonny Chiba’s ‘Streetfighter’ series, Bruce Lee gets a little nod and even the Shaw Bros classics provided a few ideas.”

However, movie fans might find it quite surprising where the main source of inspiration came from, “I love John Carpenter movies” continued the director, “and Snake Plissken from ‘Escape From New York,’ is one of my favourite characters, there’s a lot of Plissken influence in Cynthia’s Bitchfight character. I think fans are going to have a great time spotting all the different cinematic references!”

The ‘Bitchfight’ promo video released last year gave us a little glimpse that the movie would pull no punches, this ain’t no PG-13 that’s for sure, but if action fans want to get all the uncut, hyper-violent action that ‘Bitchfight’ will deliver then they really can’t afford to miss this special 30 day offer for the ‘Ultimate Grindhouse Edition’ now available to pre-order on DVD, Blu-Ray or Digital Download. There are also a limited number of tickets to the World Premiere with Cynthia Rothrock up for grabs and you can even get yourself in the movie!
