Classic Trailer: McBain (1991)

“Bye book!” Oops, wrong McBain but this underrated Christopher Walken gem is action packed with some spectacular sequences.

I was reading some comments by some trolls on YouTube (aren’t they all?) who described it as a “turkey” but it’s one of my favourite Walken movies. It’s rare to see both Walken and Michael Ironside play heroes but it also has the added bonus of Steve James.

It has a cool story which is about an ex-POW (Christopher Walken) and his war buddies who help a dead friend’s sister (Maria Conchita Alonso) oust a drug-cartel regime in Colombia.

Check out the trailer below. Speaking of which; how about a Blu-ray release?

I grew up watching JCVD, Sly and Arnold destroy bad guys, blow things up and spew one-liners like it's a fashion statement. Action is everything I go to the movies for and the reason I came up with this site is to share my love for the genre with everyone. We also want to help promote new talent whether you're making blockbusters, low-budget Indie movies or fan films; if it's action, it's awesome.
