Rapace Won’t Return for Alien: Covenant?

In Prometheus the lead heroine was Elizabeth Shaw, played by Noomi Rapace and she was one of the best things about the movie.

Sadly, it looks like she won’t be returning for the upcoming sequel Alien: Covenant which is set to take place 10 years after the events of Prometheus.

In a recent interview with Sir Ridley Scott The Daily Mail asked if Noomi Rapace would be working with him in Australia and he said no. ‘We’re still casting the main roles,’ he said.

That’s too bad as I wanted to see what happened with her character after she flies off at the end.

She was originally set to return and even talked about what direction the movie would go in last year.

I grew up watching JCVD, Sly and Arnold destroy bad guys, blow things up and spew one-liners like it's a fashion statement. Action is everything I go to the movies for and the reason I came up with this site is to share my love for the genre with everyone. We also want to help promote new talent whether you're making blockbusters, low-budget Indie movies or fan films; if it's action, it's awesome.
