Batman V Superman Gets an R Rated Blu-ray

Apparently Batman V Superman: Dawn of justice will be getting an “Ultimate Version” on Blu-ray/DVD with an R Rating for “sequences of violence.”.

I’ve read on other sites that they call this the “Deadpool” effect but considering that was only out last week then I think it’s highly doubtful.

Director Zack Snyder usually has extended cuts of his films like Watchmen and Sucker Punch when they hit home video.

I’m sure it may just be a bit more blood but really I just want the movie to not be terrible.

SYNOPSIS: Fearing the actions of a god-like super hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs.  And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.
