Karl Urban Wants to Take Dredd to Netflix

At this stage it’s looking like a sequel to the Karl Urban movie Dredd is unlikely, however he is far too interesting a character to just forget about and Urban admirably refuses to give up.

He took to Twitter stating “Dredd 2 : I’d do it !! @netflix or @Amazon . There’s a gold mine of Awesome Mega city 1 stories.

I’d have to agree; with the success of Daredevil and practically every other show on Netflix, it would make sense to see Dredd return on the small screen as it wouldn’t require a huge budget.

Dredd has some fantastic villains, especially Judge Death which is THE big bad from his universe.

Some come on, Netflix! Give us a Dredd series!

We also want to help promote new talent whether you're making blockbusters, low-budget Indie movies or fan films; if it's action, it's awesome.
