Paul Logan: Born to be Badass

Earlier on this year we were treated to the action horror flick The Horde which had some quality R rated violence but most importantly a new badass on the block named Paul Hogan. His character John Crenshaw is essentially a new Rambo who is forced to take action against some sick, mutated freaks out in the backwoods.

He doesn’t hold back as he slices and dices his way through The Horde and I was cheering all the way through it; it got me thinking, we need to see this guy in more movies.

One look at him and you can tell this is a man who was made to be an action hero; I would love to see him in Shane Black’s The Predator as it requires manly men of old and he fits the bill 100%.

The Horde wasn’t Hogan’s first rodeo though; he had a small role in Sniper: Special opes earlier this year and has been working in the genre since 1996. His resume includes Mega Piranha, Ballistica, Re-Generator and many more.

His martial arts skills range from Karate, Kendo and Aikido to Jiu Jitsu so he can handle himself and brings genuine toughness to his roles.

He hasn’t hit the big-time yet but given the right role I think Paul could really make a name for himself as the next big action star… if only such a thing still existed.

So come on, Hollywood! Give Paul Logan a shot at punching The Predator in the face as he’s earned his stripes.

International Trailer for The Commuter

This is actually a better trailer than the first one… right up until the crappy CG finale which looks like the climax of the film too. So now we don’t need to bother watching it when it comes out. Plot: In the midst...
