The Highlander Joins Kickboxer: Retaliation

The new Kickboxer series is quickly becoming a mini-Expendables and the latest action icon to join the cast is none other than The Highlander himself Christopher Lambert.

Alain Moussi shared a photo of Lambert on his Facebook page today; no word on what role he’ll play yet but the fact that he’s in it is awesome.

He joins a cast that includes Jean-Claude Van Damme, Mike Tyson and Hafthor Julius Björnsson to name just a few.

Plot: Kickboxer: Retaliation continues where Kickboxer:Vengeance left off. It has now been many months since Kurt Sloan left Thailand vowing never to return.

That promise does not last long and Kurt is forced back under duress. There is more to the Tong Po story than meets the eye and Kurt is about to find that out, the hard way.

I grew up watching JCVD, Sly and Arnold destroy bad guys, blow things up and spew one-liners like it's a fashion statement. Action is everything I go to the movies for and the reason I came up with this site is to share my love for the genre with everyone. We also want to help promote new talent whether you're making blockbusters, low-budget Indie movies or fan films; if it's action, it's awesome.
