Are We Finally Getting Under Siege 3?

Steven Seagal’s Under Siege was arguably his biggest movie to date and the character of Casey Ryback remains one of his most likable protagonists.

It’s been a good few years since Ryback went into ‘Dark Territory’ in Under Siege 2 but now it looks like we may finally see him return in Under Siege 3.

On Seagal’s Twitter page a few days ago he said “It’s time. Woodie Mister is starting the script for Under Siege 3.”

Not a lot to go on but it sounds like the script is underway but we don’t know what the story is as yet.

In 2014 we posted about an interview Seagal did with Den of Geek where he discussed the potential plot: “I think that America and Russia should be great allies and great friends. And can be. What I want to do is write a movie, which I’ve sort of already done, where Russian special forces and American special forces work together to combat terrorism”, Seagal revealed, adding that “the only way for us to prosper as a human race is for us to get along. There are hundreds of millions of people that want that”.

More news when we get it…

I grew up watching JCVD, Sly and Arnold destroy bad guys, blow things up and spew one-liners like it's a fashion statement. Action is everything I go to the movies for and the reason I came up with this site is to share my love for the genre with everyone. We also want to help promote new talent whether you're making blockbusters, low-budget Indie movies or fan films; if it's action, it's awesome.
