Arnie’s 478 Gets New Title?

Thanks to the great Saverio for bringing this to our attention.

I keep forgetting about this movie, mainly because I wish it was Conan but I’m still intrigued by it. Anyway, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s ‘478’ looks like it might be renamed ‘Aftermath’ which I think is a bit more memorable.

Aftermath/478 follows a man whose wife and child are killed in a plane crash. The tragedy is the fault of an air traffic controller who is so vilified by the public that he is put into protective custody. However, Schwarzenegger’s character can’t get over it, and sets out in search of vengeance.

It’s classified more as a drama/thriller so it might not be the neck-snapping action flick we’re probably expecting. It has a script from by Javier Gullon (Enemy) and is directed by Elliott Lester (Blitz).

Hopefully we get a trailer soon.

I grew up watching JCVD, Sly and Arnold destroy bad guys, blow things up and spew one-liners like it's a fashion statement. Action is everything I go to the movies for and the reason I came up with this site is to share my love for the genre with everyone. We also want to help promote new talent whether you're making blockbusters, low-budget Indie movies or fan films; if it's action, it's awesome.
