Scott Adkins Wants to Join Makeshift Squad

Makeshift Squad could rapidly become one our most anticipated actioners of recent times with a cast that (thus far) includes Iko Uwais, Tony Jaa and Tiger Chen.

Martial arts star Scott Adkins has taken to his Twitter and announced his interest in joining the project as a potential bad guy.

He mentioned to Jaa and Uwais “Let me know if you need a bad guy good enough to hold his own” to which Iko replied “Gonna be great”.

Check out the conversation below.

We’ve been wanting an Adkins vs. Tony Jaa film for quite some time and the added bonus of Iko Uwais and Tiger Chen has the potential to be action movie nirvana.

I grew up watching JCVD, Sly and Arnold destroy bad guys, blow things up and spew one-liners like it's a fashion statement. Action is everything I go to the movies for and the reason I came up with this site is to share my love for the genre with everyone. We also want to help promote new talent whether you're making blockbusters, low-budget Indie movies or fan films; if it's action, it's awesome.
