On the heals of her successful first seminar for kids, Janice Hung has a second Udefend self defense Udefend Seminar. This seminar is for women, and will show techniques for ladies to defend themselves and also give them self confidence. Janice is not just about self defense, but she is about empowerment for women and those who seemingly feel vulnerable.
