Arnold Schwarzenegger and Netflix ushered in Season 2 of Fubar this week with a Hollywood premiere just in time for Father’s Day B.D.E. (Big Dad Energy). After Season 1 ended with the team and family of spies being burned and forced into hiding, the gang is back with new addition Carrie-Anne Moss for S2. Press, attendees and members of Arnold’s The Pump Club were greeted by the “world’s largest action figure”, a 22 foot sight modeled after Arnold’s character Luke Brunner.
Arnold held court on the red carpet and greeted fans along with co-stars Monica Barbaro, Milan Carter, Fortune Feimster, Travis Van Winkle, Fabiana Udenio, Moss, S1 baddie Gabriel Luna and more. The Austrian Oak was in good spirits as he showed off pet pig Arnold Snortzenegger and was later joined by all of his children, Patrick, Katherine, Christopher, Christina and Joseph Baena. Son-in-law and Netflix star Chris Pratt showed up to support and is taller than you’d think.
Randy from TheArnoldFans.com was on hand with a custom printed Fubar shirt highlighting the cast which caught many of their eyes. Folks had smartly brought items to try and get signed by The Governator but I totally blanked and only had a The Last Action Hero trading card in my phone case as decoration. When Arnold walked the lines shaking hands, taking selfies and signing Fubar, Conan and Predator items, I stuck out the card which he looked directly at then tapped with his fingers and gave me a fist bump. No signature but the card has been blessed by the King of Kings, Lord of Lords.
The Arnold action figure is on display near Muscle Beach and Gold’s Gym in Venice this weekend and all Season 2 episodes of Fubar are now streaming.
