Siu-Wong Fan Goes Ballistic in New Trailer for One More Shot

Action fans definitely know the cult classic 1991 Kung Fu flick Riki-Oh: The Story Of Ricky which is one of those over the top, blood soaked action spectacles that literally has to be seen to be believed. This is a movie that is mentioned in whispers at the water cooler at the office and the star of said Film, Siu-Wong Fan (AKA Louis Fan) has been around since the 80’s and he is still going strong to this day having starred in films like Attrition with Steven Seagal as well as Special Mission and the Donnie Yen led classics Ip Man and Ip Man 2. Fan goes all out in his movies and the action sequences that he’s involved in usually reach a fever pitch to say the very least.

This is why I’m extremely excited to share with all of you the newest project in Fan’s arsenal which is a trailer that came out of nowhere. When I say came out of nowhere, I mean NOWHERE. I love a Chinese action film trailer that isn’t dubbed in English so you have no Hell of an idea what the plot is but you are submersed in a sea of action drenched set pieces where people are getting blown away in ridiculously violent fashion and there is Kung Fu, Gun Fu, explosions, bad guys in kick ass looking skull masks and some robotic exoskeleton that looks a whole Hell of a lot like War Machine from the MCU. What the Hell is right.

We do know that the film is titled One More Shot and per The Arty Dans over at Asian Film Fans, the movie was helmed by one Tang Yangjia which is roughly translated. We literally know nothing about the movie and I mean that as there are no images on the web so I had to use a shot of Fan from Special Mission as the featured image of the post. We don’t need to though as the trailer is a fast and furious barrage of firepower and fisticuffs with Fan moving at the speed of light and good guys and bad guys getting their collective heads blown off in spectacular bloody fashion. There’s blood soaked hands on glass, choke slams, bodies getting shredded by bullets, mini-guns and I think there’s even the kitchen sink thrown in for good measure.

This trailer is so outrageous, but in a great way, that it makes you want to watch the film right friggin now and here’s hoping we get our chance over here in the U.S. If I’m not mistaken, the trailer shoots off a release date of September 17th but that is probably a domestic launch as, like I said, there is no info on this film anywhere. If anybody out there finds any info on this pic, please for the love of God shoot me an email ASAP.

With that all said, I give you the rip roarin’ and deliciously ultra-violent trailer for the soon to be best picture of the year. Ladies and gentleman, I give you ONE MORE SHOT! ENJOY and you’re welcome!
