I think I might watch my 4K of Sudden Death this weekend as it’s been a few months since I last viewed it. It remains one of my favourite JCVD films mostly due to this pulse pounding sequence which has him fighting a goon on a rooftop of the hockey arena and then leaping into action with a jar of explosives to save his daughter and the Vice President from the evil Joshua Foss (Powers Boothe). My favourite aspect of the entire film is John Debney’s adrenaline fulled music score which is at its absolute peak in this scene.
