The Toronto Fan Expo is in full effect now and today we got to hang out with a few legends. Meeting Ewan McGregor was a dream come true as he’s a fellow Scot. We had a brief chat and he recognised my accent so our smiles are genuine.
I got Mike Tyson’s autograph for my dad as he’s a huge boxing fan; I also decided to do a photo op as he is an icon however, there was no chat whatsoever which was disappointing.
James Tolkan you’ll of course remember from Top Gun, Masters of the Universe and Back to the Future. I spoke to him for a few minutes and got his autograph as well as a selfie. He was a total gent.
The best interaction I had all day was with Expendables 3 star Kellan Lutz who is such a nice dude; he gave me a hug and we did a video for my buddy John at Action Flix who has met him a few times. I said we need more action films from him and he said “Yes Sir, working on it!” so here’s hoping we get some more soon.
