This is a sad week indeed; first we said farewell to Robert Duvall and today we’re sad to report that Tom Noonan has also passed away at the age of 74.
I always loved him as Cain in RoboCop 2 even if he didn’t love the final result of the film. He made the character eerily calm which is what made him terrifying.
He was also known for playing Francis Dollarhyde in Michael Mann’s Manhunter, Ripper in Last Action Hero, Kelso in Heat, Sheriff Decker in Knockaround Guys, Minister Abraham in Seraphim Falls and many more.
R.I.P. Tom and thanks for the memories.
