I could watch Rambo take on entire armies all by himself every day; in all 4 movies combined he kills a whopping 254 bad guys… at least I hope they were all bad. Ah who cares? They shouldn’t have got in his way in the first place.
Anyway, I was having a deep and meaningful conversation with myself the other day and was thinking how Rambo (2008) just may be the best old-school action movie from the past decade.
Really, it has everything you could want in terms of a huge bodycount and I can’t think of too many other recent movies which can match it. That 50. cal sequence at the end of the movie is a glorious orgy of violence and I think I’m going to watch it tonight.
