Canadian company Bishop Road Productions and Hollywood producer and ETA Films president Eric Brenner, known for the movies Crazy Heart (which earned Jeff Bridges an Academy Award) and Mel Gibson’s recent action film Hunting Season, will begin production on supernatural action thriller “Echoes of the Damned” this fall.
The film tells the story of a screenwriter who decides to stay in a house where a horrific crime once took place. The skeptical protagonist soon finds himself forced to reconsider his views about the supernatural world…
The starring role will be played by Canadian actor Nick Bailey. Academy Award nominee Eric Roberts, Eileen Dietz, Tatiana Neva and James Chalke are also in the cast. Script was written by Craig Hamann.
Bailey will serve as a producer on the project, while his company, Bishop Road Productions, will be responsible for making the film. Brenner will serve as executive producer. “Echoes of the Damned” is scheduled for release in 2027.
