Cineplex Events’ Classic Film Series Celebrates 10 Years of Time-Honoured Favourites All Winter Long
Canadian movie-goers will be cozying up in Cineplex theatres this winter with an exciting new line-up of beloved classics and retro throwbacks hitting big screens across the country. Following the decade-long success of its Classic Film Series, Cineplex Events is pleased to add a year-round Flashback Film Series into its rotation, which will offer two fan favourite flicks each and every month.
This winter, movie-lovers will have a chance to rediscover an 80-year-old romance in Gone with the Wind; flashback to the 70s with Richard Donner’s Superman; set sail with Hollywood icons Humphrey Bogart and Katharine Hepburn in The African Queen; take a trip down the rabbit hole in celebration of the 20th anniversary of The Matrix; and more!
For only $6.99 per screening, movie-lovers from coast-to-coast are invited to cozy up this winter and rediscover timeless classics the way they were meant to be seen – with an audience, on the big screen.
