If you’ve been following the casting of the new James Gunn helmed Superman: Legacy over the past few weeks then this news won’t come as much of a surprise as David Corenswet has been a fan favourite to replace Henry Cavill as Kal-El/Clark Kent/Superman. Joining him will be Rachel Brosnahan who is set to play Lois Lane.
The film follows Superman as he reconciles his heritage with his human upbringing. He is the embodiment of truth, justice and the American way in a world that views kindness as old-fashioned.
I would love it if they actually used John Williams’ iconic Superman music as no one has or ever will do a better superman theme than that.
