Keith David was one of my earliest interviews on this site so it was great to finally meet him face to face and he is even cooler in real life. I mentioned to him about our interview and then we started talking about Scotland and how he loves the beer there especially Guinness. Then my buddy Stephen asked the all important question as to whether Childs was actually The Thing at the end of John Carpenter’s The Thing. He said “I’d like to think he was still human at the end”.
Once again he was just an absolute gent and it’s so nice to meet someone you’ve been a fan of all your life and they exceed all expectations.
We also met Corey Feldman, Nick Castle AKA Michael Myers (and the director of The Last Starfighter), PJ Soles from Halloween and of course Kim Coates who we mentioned in another article.
