I do love the “Has Fallen” franchise as it’s a great throwback to classic action movies; it’s been announced that although a fourth film (Night Has Fallen) is still on the cards we are also getting a TV series (which sadly will not star Gerard Butler) called Paris Has Fallen.
Deadline have stated that the series will star Mathieu Kassovitz as Vincent, a protection officer to a French Minister, who is the target of a terror group led by villain Jacob. Vincent works with MI6 operative Zara to keep the politician safe, but they eventually unravel a wider plot, suspecting that a security service colleague is feeding information to Jacob, who is always a step ahead in his mission to bring down Paris.
This sounds interesting although I hope we get the fourth film sooner rather than later.
