Today we lose another legend as we say goodbye to Ryan O’Neal who has sadly passed away at the age of 82. He was known for roles in movies like, Paper Moon, Peyton Place, Stanley Kubrick’s Barry Lyndon, Love Story and many more, but to me he’ll always be Driver from Walter Hill’s influential classic The Driver as well as of course A Bridge Too Far.
O’Neal fought chronic leukemia in 2001 and then prostate cancer in 2012.
