I’d sad to report we’ve lost another legend today; according to THR Treat Williams has been killed in a motorcycle crash.
His agent, Barry McPherson of APA, confirmed Williams’ death in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter. “Earlier, he told People magazine that the actor “was killed this afternoon. He was making a left or a right [and] a car cut him off”.
Williams had starred in many movies and television shows over the years including The Phantom, Deep Rising, Dead Heat, The Substitute Sequels, The Devil’s Own and many, many more.
It’s hard to pick a favourite role but I’ve always enjoyed Dead Heat and The Substitute movies, so this one hits hard.
